Hillsborough is a popular neighborhood situated off Sierra College Blvd. on Hillsborough Drive, between Eureka Road and Roseville Parkway. The development has numerous gates to the different neighborhoods on Hillsborough Drive. One one side of Hillsborough Drive are homes in a gated community built by the local builder Coker-Ewing in the early 90's. Hillsborough has the Granite Bay address but is in the city of Roseville. The benefit of this is having Roseville utilities which are an added savings.
