  • Hidden Lakes: Hidden Lakes is a mature community of 199 custom homes with large, landscaped lots and an active homeowner's association that promotes neighborhood pride. One thing the development is known for is the mature trees, live oaks, and blue oaks, as well as two lakes, a park, and green space with winding trails to walk and explore nature. Homes are large, usually 4, 5 bedrooms or more, with backyard pools and entertaining areas. Prices average around $1.5 million, offering a lot of house for the price.

  • Hillsborough: Hillsborough is a popular neighborhood situated off Sierra College Blvd. on Hillsborough Drive, between Eureka Road and Roseville Parkway. Prices range from the $400'000's to $1 million. Hillsborough has the Granite Bay address but is in the city of Roseville. The benefit of this is having Roseville utilities which are an added savings.
