Acres of Hope
Mission Statement: To provide a safe family environment and a healthy living program for women with children that sets the foundation of change and breaks the cycle of homelessness.
Heartbreaking statistics show that 92% of homeless mothers have experienced severe physical or sexual assault in their lifetime, and homeless children suffer from emotional or behavioral problems that interfere with learning at almost three times the rate of other children.
This spiritually-based renewal center focuses on providing a home and environment of structured programming to these families. Their unique approach allows residents to live on site for up to 2 years, while staff and volunteers invest heavily in their lives by providing encouragement, practical life-skills training, job skills, mentoring and spiritual direction.
Currently, they are getting ready to launch an effort to double their capacity to serve 20 families by adding transitional housing to their campus. There is no better time to jump in and get involved with Acres of Hope!

About the ReNew Stores
One fantastic way to get involved is to donate, shop, and volunteer at one of their two ReNew stores. 100% of the profits from these stores goes directly to support Acres of Hope.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 10am–6pm; Saturdays 10am–5pm
Donations are accepted during regular business hours.
1. ReNew Home
Calling all decorators, event planners, and gift givers! This shop if full of old, new, and original designed items. Their creative team of volunteers have the ability to turn what was once considered old into a fabulous and original show piece. They joyfully refer to this as Upcycled Creations.
Here you will find fabulous home furniture finds, their specialty Upcycled Creations, and antique/collectible pieces. Furnish your home and put your money towards a worthy cause at ReNew Home.
2. ReNew Boutique
Browse the curated collection of new and gently used, high-end brand name fashion at ReNew Boutique. They have a selection of women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, and more! With merchandise that is updated daily, you can stop in often to see what’s fresh and new.
You can also find fun and fashionable clothing for boys and girls of all ages in the kids section of the ReNew Boutique. Their collection ranges across all styles and seasons, keeping your little ones stylish all year.
