1. Stoneridge

Stoneridge is a gated community with mediterranean and contemporary style single family homes. Most were build between 2001 and 2015. 

Bedrooms range from 2 to 6 and bathrooms range from 2 to 5. The smaller homes go as low as 1,500 square feet of space. In contrast, the largest homes can include over 7,000 square feet of living space alone!  

Stoneridge is among East Roseville's more affluent communities, with prices ranging from $500,000 to over $1,000,000. 

2. Eastwood Park

Eastwood Park is among the more affordable areas in East Roseville. Its well established single family homes offer a cozy lifestyle in a pleasant setting.

Most of this neighborhood's single family homes are one story, with a majority of them including 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms. Typical features include hardwood floors, fenced yards, dual paned windows, and two car garages.

3. Meadow Oaks

Meadow Oaks is another one of East Roseville's more affordable neighborhoods. It's conveniently located near shopping centers, Maidu Park (shown on map above), and the freeway. 

Housing consists of spacious and modern single family homes. According to NextDoor, some of the reasons people move to Meadow Oaks its family friendly atmosphere and high walkability. With Linda Creek Nature Trails and the Strap Ravine Nature Reserve just a short drive away, it's a great community for outdoor enthusiasts.

4. Johnson Ranch

The well established neighborhood of Johnson Ranch includes some of the most desirable East Roseville real estate. Homes in this neighborhood typically come with high end features.
