Hi! I’m Holly Ware, and I sell real estate designed for any home in any market and for any client; whether buyer or seller.  It doesn’t matter whether we’re in a neutral, buyer’s, or seller’s market – my experience and individualized marketing plan for each situation allows me to secure the results which are aligned with my client’s goals!  There are silver linings in every market - it’s all about perspective!  

I love what I do, and I’m very passionate about real estate. But, without know-how and experience in a variety of markets, all that love and passion doesn’t really matter.  My clients are looking for results & I have the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience to give them that!  After working for nearly 25 years managing teams in the areas of accounting, client services, and operations, I bring a business-minded approach to real estate that’s unique and effective!  

I was licensed in 2005, in Nashville, TN, where my husband and I lived for a time, and that began my now 17+ years in the business.  We moved back to CA in 2010 & I continued my real estate career & worked for a few years on the management side as a Sales Manager, Agent Acquisition Specialist, Referral, and Office Manager. In 2016 I turned my full-time focus back to client representation where my clients are always my #1 focus & priority.  

It is such an honor to be selected to help someone go through whatever transition is happening in their life by managing their real estate needs. Sometimes these transitions are happy occasions, but sometimes they're very difficult & being selected to step into that intimate space with my clients is my WHY for being in this business.
